EOGB who are the introducer and the finance is between the lender and the homeowner so works a little differently than it would if you were invoicing your customer directly, so just wanted to go over a few points should you want to offer finance as part of your product offering.

You can add everything you require to complete the job within the quotation and upon payment release we pay you less the Sapphire and Sapphire equipment you requested.

We don’t have any set labour fees or expectation, this is between you and your customer to agree on the total cost.

We as EOGB will never contact your customer directly and if they do contact us we will always direct them back to you as our approved Sapphire agent. The agent is responsible for any initial return visits and rectify any customer complaints or technical issues.
